The property backs on to The Grampians National Park and offers stunning views from the spacious verandahs. This historic property sits on 11 hectares (25 acres) of mostly clear pasture and fruit trees that abounds with kangaroos, emus, deer and birds, and is fringed by bushland and the national park.

the 25 acre property has several walks for people with varying degrees of fitness, from a leisurely 1/2 hour perimeter stroll through the property's diverse range of habitats, to a more rigorous accent of mt cassell in the bordering national park
* guests arriving in 2024 should note that a bushfire devastated the area around adair on february 13, 2024 destroying 48 homes in our tiny hamlet and severely impacting the surrounding countryside While Adair survived completely intact and offers the same level of comfort and convenience as before the blaze, the scars of the fire are obvious and many of the walks from the property are no longer viable.
